My mental needs work. I made peak this season, 1675, 4 ELO away from plat and i have 1.1k hours. but once i started losing i dropped 75 ELO, tips?

Play confidently. Usually when you’re close to reaching a goal, you tense up and play more cagey because you fear losing. Try to play *exactly* how you did to get there: being confident, and not being afraid to make mistakes or get hit
