I agree with hole message of "its just a game calm down" but when your someone with mental health issues like me and you go into ranked and face a Lance main and who spams side air and signatures and you u loose to you (well I) feel less than because you used so much time out of your life on a game learn new combos and read only to loose to someone who probably did half the work is frustrating and it leads me to hurt myself and break things but hey maybe I need therapy

I just found gold, this video is SUPER helpfull (my peak this season was 2200), and i would like to say that feeling confortable playing definitely plays a huge part in the game, each time i make a higher peak i feel more confortable playing in that elo range, for example what made me get 2200 this season was that last season i got 2150 so i felt like i could do this and if i lose i can problably get everything back because i kind of "deserved" to be in that elo range, what i mean is if you think your goal is possible it helps A LOT.
