@bigjmcgirt8864 not saying it is bad, but we also signed an edge rusher with a pretty big cap hit over the next couple of years. He drops quite a few balls and just not sure it will take too much pressure off of Pickens. I could be wrong though. He's also coming off an ACL injury, so hopefully he's up to speed. I think this was a safe move though, and probably does strengthen the group.

We don't yet know if the Jets agreed to eat any of Williams' remaining salary under his contract. That could play a big role in the Steelers giving up a 5th versus a 6th.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he gets moved around maybe even benched Jefferson is younger so better long term but stats show like Williams is already better before even playing for the Steelers with Wilson’s moon ball Williams is the better fit and being that tall not many dbs can guard him

This is bull! 5th round for someone that is the bottom of the barrel and has done nothing in the first 8 weeks of the season!
