I hate the fact its 2025 but I'm good with it for the fact it will give them time to perfect it. I loved the 1st one but thought it could have been better so I really hope this one is a flawless victory and they make more.

I doubt we’ll get a new MK game since they usually release 4 or so years apart, and MK1 was released September of last year

It better be worth the wait, I had high hopes for the 1st movie and was HIGHLY disappointed. Apparently they "fixed" the mistakes from the the first movie. We will see

A late October release avoids the blockbuster-heavy summer slate and gives the movie an unimpeded run that could help prop up its box office potential. This also allows the sequel to secure the date as many major movies slowly get their releases, given that the SAG-AFTRA strike paused many movie productions last year. With the release date all set for Mortal Kombat 2, it is only a matter of time before the first footage will drop.

Most already have been announced. They’ve cast Jade, Kitana, Shao Khan, Quan Chi, even king Jerrod’s in the film.

I feel like the only characters to be announced are the ones that died in the first movie. Is Mileena coming back? Reiko? Goro? So far only Kano and kung lao are confirmed.

@@huncho9154 Sisi Stringer isn’t in the movie. Wether that means they’re recasting Mileena or the character isn’t returning is unconfirmed.

Mixed feelings. As a fan I wanna see the film as soon as possible so this is later than I’d like but that just means they’re giving themselves more time to work on the film which should inevitably lead to a better project.

It wrapped on January 21st. On what planet does it take 1 year and 9 months to edit a film? Marvel made Infinity War and Endgame in less time. This makes absolutely zero sense. What the actual F are they doing? They already had a test screening for it. This is unfathomable to me. It should be out in October of this year, not next year. Lame.

We are living less in the moment these days man. Clamoring and waiting on new distractions. Movies always come out when they need to come out, it’s time to stop watching so many of these kinds of videos. We hear about a release date and the. Give ourselves anxiety about how old we’ll be. I hate Cole, he was cringe, so was Sonya. and Jaxx. The best characters were Kano and Kung Loa. Hopefully the next movie is better.

Bruh thank you!! They def could have found better characters for Jax and Sonya. Even Liu Kang looked soft.The whole movie was just bad 😂. They need legit martial artists for this MK movie. Not these generic actors who can't even act.

This new Mortal Kombat movie was trash,really, really bad, not sure why they greenlit the sequel, probably gonna be garbage but I'll keep an open mind lol
