That whole mall appears troubled. As I understand it, the owner Westfield jingle mailed it back to the lender in 2023.

I worked in that mall for 10+ years. The crime, the homeless, the pandemic really hit it hard. No one want to walk that area anymore, it’s disgusting and the mission street side of the mall is like walking past Kensington Ave in Philly. 😳🤮

I have a feeling every single store in the planet will close! Why? Because we have been losing more than 10 stores starting this year! Bloomingdale’s was a brand new luxury store!
