Inconsistency across the team is the reason we're 13th the leages.. he should be at 80k max, if utd qualifies for UEFA C.L. the wage should rise by 25% ( by default). However we shouldn't be paying our wages based on talent and potential. It should be based on performances and consistency, week in week out across a large sample size.
