He can damn-well prepare for his case from prison. Inmates meet with their lawyers all the time in private meeting rooms in prisons and jailhouses. Why should Diddy be any different?? If anything, he should be watched very carefully because of his past attempts at witness intimidatiin even in jail. Also, he's a flight risk much more so than the average guy.

1:43 dang. SMH. If he gets out, witnesses/victims will disappear. He knows behind the scenes who these people are, but he’s not allowed to disclose unless the judge grants it. He didn’t let anyone out of his grip, so why should he be afforded that luxury? Exceptions to the law support the fact that he doesn’t deserve to be out (witness tampering, flight risk, danger to the community). I’d advocate for a prison transfer, OR a hotel room, no access to public info, locked/shatterproof windows, and with government employees as security (NO private security, and everything should be monitored). If he wants to stand his ground, push for a speedy jury trial, defend yourself with your money & high-dollar lawyers, & get this crap over with asap. His lineage & history however, shows he’s happy to tamper with witnesses. He’s where he belongs. I believe jayz settled & somehow got the then-13yo victim to do an interview WITHOUT her lawyer..s carter got to her somehow, that’s the only reason someone with a pending lawsuit would appear on mainstream media w no attorney & say the things she did. I don’t believe a reputable attorney like. Buzbee would put his legal license and business on the line to do what jayz accused him or the victim of. Mike, you need to have a doctor check your lungs out. Home remedies are not going to cure this recurrent cough that you have suffering with for way too long. Given that it happened around the same time each year, it makes sense that she would have been 16 not 17 because I’m guessing her birthday is after late August. Does it really matter? She was underage. She couldn’t have consented. She was drugged and she was still a minor, who was very trusting and naive. The people she said were at the party have been shown to have been in 2003.
