Is a failed city according to the most recent H.U.D report. 33% of home owners and 33% of renters are subsidized by the taxpayer to live in what, 1.2 million dollar homes when they make 50k a year or less. The housing market crashed because low income earners took up upper middle class real-estate that cant afford to stay and cant afford to move to a cheaper state and it is the governments fault for screwing over 2nd, 3rd and fourth generation Americans that had to wait to be seasoned to use their equity though they maybe high income earners in the regular world, not Hollywood, but they let Glendale L.LP and overleverage thier homes and now the bill is due because thier demands greeded themselved out of the marginalized-income bracket. Glendale needs to be Audited!!
