I'm a watch fanatic and I have a few, ok some watches... The only digital watch I had was for exercise. For a quick "test", I ask them to tell time in the 24 hr format. It is sooo simple, just take 12 hrs off of the number. Example; 13:00 is 1 PM. I have experienced some that acted as if I was asking them to translate sanskrit into chinese!
