@@rishabhpratap1850 Dear Rishabh Pratap, Thanks for the concern you have raised. But you don’t know the story behind the scenes, you have no idea that how many students & SAUs themselves approached ICAR that they haven’t completed their minimum week requirement for MSc degree and could not get PDC. Dear Rishabh, mostly SAUs have already started the session and its not for the first time, and you might be aware that they consider into the same semester. You might be one of those guys who only see the negativity around their environment but once ask to 100s of students whom we explained and helped personally during whole process of counselling without any viewership. We have raised concerns already to the authorities today about the ongoing issues from all over the country and its not done yet, we will raise our voice where its right. You must know that we have collected applications from multiple SAUs and CAUs for review of their decisions in respect to burning issues like fellowship plans, rescheduling the scenario and possible options ICAR can implement.

Everyone deserves a chance , I understand . I understand it’s not the students fault . But just imagine , counselling is most likely to start by the end of January or February so you already must have a rough idea of how long the counselling will last since there’s 4 counselling round in total . By that time, other state universities will be done with one semester , and most probably we have to go just to give the semester exam directly . iCAR should have just extended the last date of PDC acceptance instead of postponing the whole Counselling . Because you cannot deny this has been happening every year since covid . Last year as well , some universities were still giving their masters . What I mean is , why can’t they continue with the counselling process and admit the students later on after they recieve their pdc . We the students have been waiting for this result with a hope , with patience , with uncertainty, thinking every night whether we will get or not get . There are some like me ,who cannot move on with other work because of waiting for this counselling , because of uncertainty.

If ICAR is really biased and students ke welfare ke liye work kr rha to hope ki aur students chocie filling ke liye register na ho Jitne register hai or choice filling kr chuke hai and uske bad document me problem hai ( like PDC nahi hai Ya degree ya 4th sem ki marksheet nahi hai) unko bs allow kia jaye same step se new document upload krne ke liye Or fr same step se aage second third fourth and mop up ho tab hi jin students ko seat allot hua hai unki seat secure hai Or even ye choice filling bhi freshly same quantity of students ke sath start karate hai tab bhi same bacho ki seats change ho jayegi

Genuinely thankyou for rasing the concerns of students who have secured ranks through their hardwork and were likely to suffer huge if this condition of deadline was not extended. We understand that it's like wasting two months for the students who already have got their PDC, but I believe they will understand that your wait for 2 months will not change your rank, and score but, rejecting someone's admission for such deadline would cost them a year and with no certainty of getting a good score and rank next year too.. so, it is in favour of a majority of students. Moreover, for the current batch of students who have completed or about to complete there PG, the ICAR allotment was done after December 2022, so expecting someone to complete a MSc. degree before two years and that too in agriculture where research is subject to crop seasons and crop duration, it is totally injustice for the students who are not at all at fault, as they worked hard to secure ranks and are being rejected for such a deadline condition.

Thankyou So much sir and we are really grateful to you for what you did. I totally understand that there were some students who had got their PDC and now they'll just have to wait but there were majority of students like me who were not able to complete their degree on time due to the long research work and were rejected by the esteemed institutes. And it's not only about me but there were more than 100 students only in my contact who were in the same situation and despite or getting good ranks we were not able to take admissions. As agriculture involves the crop production so it totally depends upon the duration of the crop and climatic conditions too. So, I think everyone should take it into consideration that by waiting only for two months, they're creating equal opportunities for all the students to seek admission. Because no one is at fault.
