Thanks SSS, I just ordered my FREE!!!! American Woman Quarters Boards. I got my star privy ASEs yesterday, 2 raw ones, there are major issues with both coins. I opened a ticket with the dealer's customer service who I bought them from. One of the coins had reed marks on it, on the other, Liberty's breast and gown along with the rest of the obverse has pretty severe pitting and abrasions. Could this be The U.S. Mint's way of insuring there will be no more MS69 or MS70 from the raw coins? They just dial back the quality control.

I think what the US Mint gives out free are clean house from their end. So to me they should be giving out free stuff like how the CoinWorld did way back in them days is giving out free BU quarters (P & D) or like what I've gotten are them 1955 Penny and Roosevelt BU dime set.
