What size should I get if I want a true medium?

@localsonlymember if you are a medium that sometimes wears a small get a 1. If you are a medium that sometimes wears a large and you wear baggy clothes get a 2. Only get a three if you are six 3 and big. My friend it 6"3 and a size 2 is okay on him. So I imagine you probably need a size one. Any size you get will be lit.
