I think the transformation of the cat to a black blob monster is suppose to be a metaphor for the cat getting more sick (and maybe having cancer or any other kind of untreatable disease) but it's kinda weird that one of the witch g'alls(Rina) saying that she is destructive.If that is the case theb it wouldn't actually make sense if it is a metaphor of the cat getting more sick and having to put her down to the vet. But I have no idea what else it could be a metaphor to OR maybe I am just overthinking it and should just enjoy the smooth animation! You are underrated as heck and probably should get more attention!

Thank you so much for your thoughts and the compliments! Metaphors can be a little messy, my main thoughts when doing this was how far are people willing to go for problematic/ destructive family. It wasn't as much about being sick but having behavioral issues. This is not very clear with them having to put down the cat so I appreciate your interpretation
