2 questions! One, can I already be at the pond when the comp starts? And if no boat or rod is allowed, will going into the comp with those things equipped but never used ok. I never remember to put them back after so was hoping I didn't have to remove them if I didn't have to

Yes to both! You can be at a pond and jump right into the comp and 2 as long as you don't use the boat or stand you can enter the comp. My only advice is, if you are practicing before entering a comp. Always advance time like 12 hours +. Many think the spawns that hit during practice will carry into the comp so better to play it safe and just advance the time or skip to the next day before entering. I hope that makes sense :)

No I can't say I gave spawn sacks a try for them at least anytime recently. I will give it a shot and see what happens next time. No 'm not on the PS4, literally the only platform I'm not on. I may poke my head into Playstation sometime towards the end of the year.
