Try separating them from the crowd and feeding them separately until they have gained enough weight and sized up to match with the others.

Please, follow the BIOSECURITY rules when it comes to entering the chicken coop. Install the disinfectant at the main entrance otherwise you will find yourself with no chicken in a matter of one day. And some of your chickens are kind of sneezing (kind of shaking their heads). You vaccinate them and keep the area dry.
