What was really happening was that it scanned for black pixel, found some and reacted when the shop was already open. These pixels probably came from the "Day n" display by accident. I can't prove anything, but that is my theory.

I know it was only mentioned once in the video (when he mentioned ambiguous endings in novels), but it'd great to see more novel ending interpretations, especially as AI advancements have made their way to the public, and to have a lot of the production work be automated. It's an exciting time for story tellers, maybe not so much for artists. I definitely feel that many of the "canon endings" can be made better in the eyes of the viewer.

You dont even need to code an AI for that, you can make a very easy macro that clicks once every 2 or so milliseconds and it effectively does the same thing an AI will

I think I remember that game… I did not play it myself, but I saw someone playing it on the library computer, probably multiple times, in elementary. I also saw numerous kids playing happy wheels over the years (A game that was never meant for kids, I imagine.). It’s a shame that the the time period of early PC gaming with arcade games that ran on websites seems to now be a bygone era. They were free to play, didn’t have micro-transaction trash, and you could play them anywhere there was a computer. I miss those days. Now everybody goes to Steam or other gaming platforms to get their fill. And, as necessary as it was (I heard it had a trillion security flaws, some of them fundamental (you couldn’t “fix” them without tearing flash down and building something else)), the collapse of Adobe Flash was probably the final nail in the coffin for much of it. It was such a pivotal piece of software and has done so much good for humanity I can’t put it in words.

I think the reason it broke was an integer overflow problem. If you look at the ammount of bullets you have, it is 65331, which is just 205 bullets away from 65536 (2^16) which leads me to think the game stores the bullets in a 16 bit integer variable. if the AI bought 206 bullets or more all in the same frame, the game would throw an exception and it would stop.
