I am a Retired Registered Physical Therapist with over 40 years of experience, and Jarred just needs to soak his foot 3-4 times per day, doing contrast hot and cold soaks. Always begin with hot water, from 3-5 minutes, then cold, even ICE water 40 seconds plus if he can stand it, then go back to the hot water 3-5 minutes as extreme as he can stand it, back and forth for 20-30 minutes, and you always finish with the ICE to close pores and decrease swelling as possible. Diabetics have to be cautious due to decreased sensation. The more Jarred can do this daily, the faster will be his healing, and return to the court!!!

Question is, is it a Mild Mid foot sprain if so then yes 4 to 6 weeks but the problem I have is if it's the same foot as the Heel he's being dealing with the foot will breakdown in different areas because it's overall stressed. He may need the full 6 weeks to completely heal. Don't want to bring down expectations but put some reality out there people hear 4 weeks and in 4 weeks they'll say is he ready yet 😂 But this is the best outcome
