Ok, imagine if all penguins are normal, but there's a small chance (let's say a 5% chance) for a Penguin to have an effect called "The Chosen One" which lasts for as long as it's alive that makes it able to ominously fly and summon Marine Fury when it's attacked. So you can just have a colony of normal penguins and suddenly one of them just levitates and summons Marine Fury when attacked

While yes, youtuber modders like Knarfy don't always have the best track records with continuing mods, a majority of modders actually don't post things to youtube themselves, instead relying on their content being good enough to be featured in modpacks or videos. Like Parasite Scape and Run, or Tinkers Construct, even Biome's o Plenty.

Kaiju Crab boss fight! Crabs can wear Helmets as body armor, the Kaiju Crab looks like the dynamax Kingler from Pokemon and spawns with a horde of 5 bigger crabs that look like kingler from pokemon. The Kaiju Crab drops his helmet of the "King Crab" which allows you to left click with an empty hand and spawn a friendly big Crab to attack any hostile mobs nearby. When big crabs are killed when on fire, they drop Crab soup, which gives nausea, water breathing, resistance, strength, and regens as much health as an enchanted golden apple.

Fun fact!! The crab that the mob is based off of is the fiddler crab, and they actually survive much better without the large claw, which really only works like the tail feathers on a male peacock :) (that and they fight each other with it)
