November is a month dedicated to raising awareness about the mental health challenges faced by men. In a society where vulnerability is often perceived as a weakness, many men silently struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
This month, we invite open conversations and support, reminding everyone that it’s okay to seek help and share experiences.
One impactful way to address these issues is through storytelling. We explore the poignant short film Lost Hope, co-written by Earl Hendricks and co-produced and directed by Norman Leslie. This film courageously tackles themes of men’s mental health, childhood sexual abuse, and the often-unspoken trauma many endure.
Through its raw and honest narrative, Lost Hope aims to spark dialogue and raise awareness about these critical struggles.
