This was such a powerful conversation. The pantry analogy was so eye opening. Grow thru it..... Essential relentlessness ..... When Tank pointed out that black men in America are born in trauma, that was a profound point

This mens round table, for me as a woman who is married and struggling in the marriage, I need to hear. It is helping me to understand my husband better. It's giving me tools to be able to communicate with him better. As a woman married to a man, I appreciate this so much. Thank you.

I'm in a friendship group where made a promise to each other to not discuss our emotions, feelings or offload our own mental burden[s] on to anyone else in the group. One if the guys has cancer and we just don't duscuss it. Many might agree with this approach but it works for us.

What is most beautiful and powerful for me listening to these great men share such incredible and personal insights is what I was able to LEARN from the conversation. It's empowered me as a Black Woman to assist with, support, and encourage this type of connection and dialogue for my sons, my brothers, my uncles, my male friends, and my future husband. These men are glowing examples of God's love and power, and I salute each of them! 👏❤️

Thankful for men who are open and willing to converse about these topics , who help me understand my man on a more intimate level, as a man and human. Many times men think speaking on these topics means they’re weak and they are not! They are just as appreciated for holding it down for so long while fighting for themselves, their families, their kids, their health and still coming to the surface to speak of when they need the same support in return! Thank yall for being an inspiration to both women and men. God bless you guys
