I am surprised I can actually understand these skips, normally skips in games are so insane in their levels of exploiting code that things just kinda happen, instead of this level of understanding. The 3D models of the levels with the Lakitu planes was super cool and especially helpful in understanding everything.

It's a true crime Mario kart hasn't brought back the chain chomp as an item. People say it would be obsolete because of bullet bill but I just say make it a lower tier item, make chain chomp even more out of control and throw the user around a lot more. Chain chomp was my favorite Mario kart item and to see the bullet replace it is heartbreaking. Just nerf it by having players in 10th through 6th place get it, while people behind that like in last place get the bullet bill.

It’s also a crime that Nintendo hasn’t brought back a Double Dash sequel. Maybe this upcoming E3 2021.

This video just made me realize how similar some aspects of MKDD and MKWii are with DD having supposedly vertical road that you can phase through (I’m guessing what that was in the video) and Wii having horizontal walls with janky collision that sometimes you can also phase through. Either way, really nice video!

Huh, so THAT'S why DD's Rainbow Road didn't have any game-breaking glitches in Summoning Salt's video. The bit value and finish completion forbid it. Interesting how Double Dash seemed to be better programmed than Mario Kart Wii.
@Eduar6996 Жыл бұрын
When you consider most of MKWii’s size is every character times every kart option available to it times a copy with a stationary pose plus another copy with incomplete animations and another copy with the team-colored default karts, then yes, Wii is shoddier than DD.

You did a really good job with the ordering when explaining all of the clips. A clip before the next is usually relevant information for the next like why they're using the bullet bill kart in mushroom city, and then following up with the luigi circuit clip showing the bullet bill kart being used there again and explaining its viability is easier in that track. Good video! It was an enjoyable watch, thank you for the content.

its interesting because this always was my favorite MK i think the items, the boost mechanic and having two characters was so special in this game level design was also awesome but it was always kind of the underdog because it isnt as popular in speed runs and there are barely any wowable gamebreaking glitches that would make replaying this interesting, maybe this changes slowly now
