Typical workshy avoidance technique, I don't want to bring up the past, but I notice you lot (Northerners) did not want to take the long journey South to fight the Battle of Hastings after we (Southerners) came up there and saw off the Harold Hadrarder (Vikings) at Stamford Bridge. Still you paid the price when William The (got lucky there) Conquerer harried the North in the most brutal suppression imaginable. Just goes to show that if you dodge a day's work it just makes it twic as hard in the future.

What will happen to the old rafters shown in the first few minutes of the video, will they need to have a timber bolted to them because of the old birdsmouth ? But as usual James has done a great job here too and always been thinking ahead.

Hi Kevin, the majority of those rafters will be cut out for the dormers and you are exactly right with the remaining ones, they will have another timber bolted to the side.
