EFCC constitution priority is refund negotiation. So read the constitution very well you will only be jailed if you declined to return or prove total innocent.

My friend you better wake up to the reality these symptoms you’re seeing here are signs that Nigeria is a failed state. All of them have gotten their share including the judges. This case you are seeing here will lingers on for years without anything meaningful happening. Very soon you will hear the judge has stepped aside,,,then the case file will be assigned to another judge….And that’s the order of the failed state judiciary system. However just arraigned a poor farmer that he stole some farm inputs that very day of his arraignment he will be sentenced.
