the chorus is particularly powerful and heavy and yet heartfelt. BB is one of the few bands who can do this regularly.

The bassist is out of control in this song. Such a powerful anthem. The drums are heavy and fills the whole song with this pace that’s refreshing. Especially that double bass peddle towards the end of the song. So. Fucking. Good.

ChanceTheGamer PLEASE READ BELOW THIS. Had some changes in thoughts ~~people don’t respect the true art of music. Singers who care about humanity instead of money and drugs. And songs that actually save lives from people who is depressed. Real music is music that talks about how bad the world is and how to live through it. Real music is music that cares more about the people who listen to it and tries to help them through their problems. But more people cares more about bragging about how much money they have. They don’t understand that our world is not perfect and never focus on the negative side. Not saying you should always focus on the negative side but focusing on to much positivity makes you not understand that theirs a bad side of life.~~ Update: I have lately been binging a ton more bands. I got some very interesting bands I wanna take this whole statement back Yes Music can be meaningful and talk about life and such. But at the time I suffered through massive depression and anxiety. Sad music got to my head and made it worse I then heard Starset everglow It opened me up to a new side of music Story telling and adventure With a feeling of accomplishment Music can be emotional and sad. But. Like this song making me cry Freaking FLESHGOD APOCALYPSEs song “epilogue” BROKE ME Grimas song “the moon and its shadows” made me break down in tears And its not even emotional Its BLACK METAL Music shouldn’t be judged unless the effort is slapped together lazy My favorite band now is powerwolf heard them on Christmas and it made me feel Happy But i cried The singer has a wide theatrical voice Blind guardian Rhapsody of fire Night flight orchestra Draconian Dirt poor robins Beast in black Orbit culture (the shadowing got me in tears) Ereb altor Ayeron Twilight force Dynazty I CAN GO ON AND ON how many bands that are not emotional Hit me harder than this I listen to EVERY genre of metal you can think of Even Swing metal and jazz metal like opeth and diablo swing orchestra I then heard some nice pop songs sleep token is metal pop. But still nice and rap songs and hip hop. I got into orchestral and theatrical Even dumb joke bands like 55gore and WBTBWB and i drink my coffee alone. I LOVE IT I believe music is art Art is an expression of the creator being created through a medium There is no bad And there is no good People have their own taste And if you dont like it You can let them enjoy it with no judgement Think of how many people judge you for a genre you like Its sucks Really does. It’s annoying Just have fun and enjoy what you listen to I recommended Charasmatic voice in youtube She really is a good example of somebody who explored the different music and tells you what talent foes behind it Yes Mainstream music sucks But i feel people who praise Queen gets tired of their song being blasted Even if its good just Appreciate we have a variety to look at Metal is a big example. There is so many subgroups you can look up Swing metal Jazz metal Pop metal Rap metal Hip hop metal Doom metal P*rno metal (thats real) There is so much in that genre At least ONE PERSON who hates or likes it Will find something to hate and like I just love music as a whole It has saved me And me moving to adventurous songs Saved me more. I found my spot And I appreciate the others Try exploring Please

Is it just me or do I find myself laughing every time they come out with new material. The laughter of excitement and more so like "Man these guys just don't DISAPPOINT!" It almost feels and sounds effortless just because of how good they've mastered their sound. From the beginning of the song I KNEW the chorus was gonna sound like that, simple yet nerve bending. Bravo, this album is going to be another great one period.

Logans Room How was DA bad?
@alejandradenizphotography6 жыл бұрын
Logans Room i'll be honest DA wasn't my favorite if anything it was boring to me but the point i'm making is that they always have those "songs" that you listen and boom chorus gets you hooked just like any other band. They're sound is distinguishable from the plethora of bands out there. "STAIND" is my favorite band been listening to them since they debuted and just like BB, they also hit home with certain songs. TBH they've been more consistent but that's just me. It's all experimentation some people love and hate but BB to me are one of those bands that just have that sound YOU KNOW from the git.

I love how the new drummer was able to be himself on these latest tracks. He has brought so much more to the table than the previous drummers. Just listen to the bass drum patterns on this track and the end section where he has a Danny Carey feel to it. This song is not easy to play, and it’s not typical 4/4. This drummer has won me over. I wasn’t so sure about him with the last record but he has more than proved himself with ember so far. Sick fucking drumming

@triad57665 жыл бұрын
Marc Orellana What would be their heaviest album? They really don’t have any _heavy_ songs per se. Saturate wasn’t exactly heavy-just raw. WANA was polished and more formulaic-not heavy either. Phobia had Topless, which reminds me of Saturate-probably the heaviest on Phobia. Dear Agony had some heavy-sounding songs where the bass is extremely audible and amazing. Lights Out and Into the Nothing being the main ones. Hopeless and Lights Out and Crawl are probably the heaviest. Dark Before Dawn had Breaking the Silence, Bury Me Alive, and some others. Ember is definitely their heaviest though. I shouldn’t even have to name them. I hope they get heavier for their next album though. That would be awesome.

I have to agree. Dear Agony is their darkest album. But it's more than just Hopeless and Lights Out. Just about every song except I Will Not Bow have some kind of dark tone to them. And I only exclude I Will Not Bow because it's an anthem and awesome for that reason as well.

Frothin'. What a beat.👌 The production quality on this album is 🔥

JessWoess Eh, I disagree. The 'Dear Agony' album was produced by David Bendeth and sounds much more professional and huge. This and Dark before Dawn Ben just produced himself

This song reminisces of Dear Agony and We are Not Alone probably the one song on this album that sounds like early or "REAL" Breaking Benjamin that only REAL BB fans would recognize and enjoy.

I feel like this might be the definitive song of the album. The fact that he says ember. The song is about mental disorders. The eye on the cover looks like it has fire in it, as if to express hidden anger or pain. The type of stuff mentally ill people go through.

You'll never hear one of theirs and say "man I wonder if thats a Breaking Benjamin song". And that after all these years they're just getting better, how many other bands are still the sound they had 20 years ago AND keep putting out better music. Love these guys.
