Justin is spot on. I got my first real estate role earlier this year as an acquisitions analyst. I had diverse experience in politics and finance and a bachelors from a small school in accounting. No major connections or real estate background. I practiced RE modeling from KZbin videos and applied for roles on LinkedIn. Finally applied to one at the right time and got an offer. It’s a scrappy business-one reason why I love it. Be prepared to answer why real estate and be willing to go into the office. It’s a relationship business

This whole thread looks like some sort of scam with bot or fake accounts to make it seem more legitimate. @Break Into CRE I think you should do something about this.
