Questioner: "PD, You used to say she was a Proverbs 31 woman, do yo still maintain that belief?" PD: "Yeah I uh, used to say a lot of things, actually..." That was literal comedy gold.

"... you both said God led you to each other. Was God wrong, or are you both liars?" Yup. Favorite line. "God led us to each other" falls under pet peeves for me. Is it possible? Yes. Is it even possible that God nudged you together as for a few dates, with no intention for you to get married? Yes. But often, human choice is human choice, and it's more a "God works all things for the good of those who love Him" thing or a "God used a huge marriage mistakes to found the 12 tribes of Israel" thing than a "Joseph, take Mary as your wife even though she's already pregnant" thing. I mean, we could get into the idea of free will in context God's will, but I don't think "God led us to each other" is meant as a complicated theological statement. It's usually meant as a "God led us together, and we're meant to get married" statement. :P

If this were real, Shama’s question would have been irrelevant, as God ordains certain things for certain times.
