Yea they are great fighting with the tall body and long dorsal and pectoral fins. I have never eaten one, I see that particular species as a sport fish. They are very slow growing. 1 year for every cm approximately. Thanks for watching.

Good stuff mate, try twitching the DC with a slightly loose line and let is suspend for a few seconds , then repeat. That should give you more bream and less salmon 😉

how do u find the Veritas Tournament

I like it, It's a 2-10g casting weight. I have Abu Rayrex with the same casting weight but it's a 1-3 instead of a 2-4kg. I think the better blank give it the extra strength without sacrificing casting and it definitely has better sensitivity. I can really feel the jig head on this rod compared to the Rayrex.

$99 with a reel I definitely can't complain. Definitely an open water rod at 7ft though

It was definitely worth $99 with the reel (AUD). Its definitely more sensitive than other rods I have.
