Hello doctor please can you help me out with this I am okay with my body type but the problem I have now is knee calve when I wear a trouser it pop out and make my dress not to be fitted I want to remove the fat, should I go for knee and calf liposuction or fat dissolve injection cause I need to remove it out please I need your response 🙏

I can't give specific advice here for you but I can say that I am not a fan of fat dissolving injections as they cannot specifically target the fat like we can with liposuction so I never suggest fat dissolving injections

Best way to treat that problem I have found in my patients is to touch the NAC (nipple areolar complex) with six objects all with varying tactile traits several times everyday.
