I have personally heard all the comments that you mentioned, that the baby isn't sleeping "deep" because milk isn't sufficient and that giving "cerelac" atleast once per day will help them sleep better.

എന്റെ മോന് 4 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു. Breast നല്ലോം സോഫ്റ്റ്‌ ആയി.. കുഞ്ഞ് പാല് കുടിക്കുമ്പോൾ കുറെ suck ചെയ്യും.. എന്നിട്ട് കിട്ടാത്ത പോലെ നല്ലോം കരയും.. കാണുമ്പോ സങ്കടം വരും. അവനു പാല് കിട്ടാത്ത കാരണം തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കൂലോ അത്.. 🤷🏻‍♀️.. വെള്ളം ധാരാളം കുടിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്..പാലും മുട്ടയും എല്ലാം കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. എന്നിട്ടും മാറ്റമില്ല.. കുഞ്ഞു weight gain last നോക്കിയപ്പോ correct ആയി achieve ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.. എന്താ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്

Include protein in your food. Mutton, chicken, van payar etc..while feeding,first feed 1 side, then the second side. If baby is still demanding,feed again from the first side.

So feeding frequency is reduced. at day time baby not sleeps more than one hour.... So frequently required milk... But not getting enough milk... So baby used to cry at day time. I can pump around 25 ml of milk for a period of 10 minutes.... Is it normal madam

Work on day time naps. Baby may be crying coz of getting tired. If pee count, activity and weight gain is good, baby will be getting enough milk. Pumping amount does not indicate supply

Please take tablets as per your Paediatrician's advice. Perinorm should not be stopped suddenly. It has to be slowly stopped. To increase breastmilk,you will have to feed/express milk frequently.

Baby is getting used to bottle nipple. Try 'paced bottle feeding'. Please read about it,we don't have posts on it as of now.

Good question. Body will adjust as per demand. For ex: if baby is sick and needs more, body will produce more. If mom wants to pump and store Breastmilk (while rejoining work etc), she can also increase pumping frequency and body will produce more as per need.

Relactation is possible at any time,but it requires dedication and effort at this stage as baby is only used to bottles. You can work with a lactation consultant,might also need lactation boosters as advice.
