How often do you wear your surgical bra? I’m 2 months post op & I try to wear my surgical bra as often as I can, atleast at night & then switch to tight fitted sports bras that doesn’t hurt. I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel so guilty when I don’t wear the proper bra that sits them up or free ball, My biggest fear is them heavily sagging again. Also, I went from a K to a C but I feel like they are getting bigger or atleast I still think they big 😂

You are THE ONLY person who mentions the body dysmorphia with thinking your boobs still look big I was supposed to be C cup but I’m 8 weeks post and it’s a D/ DD atm and I’m not happy lol Really hoping it’s just swelling It’s making me paranoid

It’s such a real thing! I asked for a C but I’m a D. But it’s okay though. We look proportionate. It takes a while to get used to it. Ik you look BOMB! 🤍
