I had my period the day before my breast reduction surgery and it was fine. You will not feel any cramps at all because of all the meds and it’s not that hard to change pad/tampon after surgery. Just remember to have a pad on during the surgery because it’s most likely that you will forget that you have a tampon on 🫶🏽

@@Smsl-nh9sl Omg yes! It’s been 1 year, 6 months and 3 weeks post-op and I still get them. They feel like mini-heart attacks but only last a few seconds so it’s bearable. Despite all that, getting this surgery is still the best decision I ever made. I feel so much lighter and happier now!

@@sedonaclay2225 i went to my pediatrician since i was about 10 and told her my back was hurting severely and did that ever time i went to the doc ( i’m 19 now ). i went i think twice a year. everytime i went she would put it in my records. i’m pretty sure it builds a case and if it’s enough then insurance will cover it

i just got mine done on monday. it’s been pretty good. harder than expected but i think my recovery is easier than most people. so i’m thankful. i hate the surgical bra so much lol i cannot wait to be healed so i can wear a sports bra

@@glowinggoddess704 that's great!!! Mmm I would strongly suggest you to get somebody's 24/7 help, at least for the first and second week, you will need a lot of help with moving at first.. If u are currently working try to get a month absence license. That helped me a lot
