Amen! I am now having to deal with another condition in addition to my anxiety, Misophonia which for me has gotten worse since I had brain surgery to stop me from having seizures. Misophonia is a condition where certain sounds produce emotional responses ranging from aggravation to rage. Most people understand what it is like to have a reaction to sounds like fingernails scratching on a chalkboard, but we can have worse reactions to repeating sounds like the crinkling of plastic wrappers and foil bags, crunching of food, liquids like coffee slowly being poured into a cup, people breathing heavily... and if they go on for too long it will provoke an anxiety attack making it worse.
