As a mental health professional, I assure you that some of the things you’ve said here are untrue. Please be careful. The goal of therapy is to identify triggers for symptoms whether it be depression or anxiety. These symptoms are generally resolved once the triggers are identified. CBT is very effective in treating both.

Weirdly enough I could identify some of my triggers; however, since making this I have also had to increase my meds and have been going to therapy. Thank you for the caution!
