Thanks so much for this video. For someone suffering from prolapse, how often should these exercises be done? Daily?

You are welcome! We also have several other videos for prolapse you might enjoy. The key is more how you are doing the exercises and what you are feeling doing them. Every body is different and some do exercises daily, every couple days, or as needed. Listening to your body is key! Keep up the fabulous work!

Every body is different and checking in to see what works best for you. Some find these exercises helpful daily, others every couple of days, and some when needed
