Hello, I have been learning about breathing and using the nose instead. I have always been a mouth breather and just starting to learn that I have been doing it wrong. I have been doing the breathe holds for a few day now and been putting tape on at night. I have noticed that when I'm walking I am breathing heaver thought my nose and struggle to not use the mouth to catch up. The other thing I noticed is that one of side of my nose feel harder but if I more skin on my cheek to open up the nose it feel 100% better and this is the same with Nasal Strips at night. Hoping you can point me in the right direction.

I've been going through all the podcast playlist on my late night walks doing breathing exercises. There was something to learn from each one. Except this. This guy is a bullshit artist with delusions of grandeur who has an attention problem himself and nothing to say about breathing or focus. He's exactly what's wrong with the corporate world that is currently driving the world society towards a brick wall. And he's trying to give people political advice nobody asked for on top of it. Jeez. Thanks for your attempts to salvage anything during this conversation. Keep up the good work.
