There are so many errant smoking in Singapore. KZbinrs vloggings have expressed their surprises on seeing so much smoking here. Smoking in gardens, beaches, void decks, covered walkways, coffeeshops are happening daily but the Singapore National Environment Agency cannot handle it. Recently a good Samaritan who intervened on an errant smoker was punished instead after the altercation led to a trip and smoker died.

we in singapore is smelling smoke air most of the time. the open burning/cigarettes in singapore wasn't managed properly and no MP has the guts to do so.
