Because to make money on Earth we needs it’s resources. Oil etc so they take and we use. They don’t make money from planting trees. But Mars,,is more of say a good business opportunity. To create a new world is worth the investment as the return would be huge. Plus who knows what minerals are contained hidden deep in the bowls of Mars. It’s all about money basically. I perfectly understand and agree but like I say if don’t make them money then we won’t see massively expensive projects to change Earth and how we live as a whole so we don’t depend on the resources or money. The system is set for money not for the good of humanity or Earth. And the only reason they go looking for new opportunities as Earth is dying. But again it’s not about saving what we have. Cost to much. They go a strip another world because money can be made again.

This is not a place for us to inhabit, in any way.
@CoffeeFiend16 ай бұрын
Why's that, champ?
@mosshark6 ай бұрын
@@CoffeeFiend1 I'll list some reasons: - An instantly lethal atmospheric composition of 95% carbon dioxide, 3% nitrogen,1.6% argon, and 0.4% in combined traces of carbon monoxide, methane, and other gases. - Mars has a barometric pressure that's less than 1% of sea level pressure here on Earth. Without a pressure suit you would burst like a pierced water balloon.. Any leak in a pressurized suit and you would be dead in seconds. - Mars does not have a magnetic field like Earth's to shield humans from charged particles, cosmic radiation/rays. Even with the proper suits or habitable stations, prolonged radiation exposure would degrade normal cell function and ultimately give us cancer. - Mars' gravity is less than 40% that of Earth's. Suppose you have an ironclad, leak and radiation proof suit and a solid habitable station, 20 feet underground.. This condition alone will degrade human organ function, our bones and muscles over time. There is no way around this.
