I lived and worked in Cambodia for nearly 2 years, really memorable experience. Angkor Wat also has a large stunning waterfall you can also drive to and swim if you have time. Its called Phnom Kulen Waterfall National Park in Siem Reap.

Love your vids man, I'm a Cambodian expat that moved to France, I don't have the opportunity to go back home much and Cambodia doesn't get much international coverage. So seeing vlog-style videos of my country brings me so much joy and nostalgia. Love the way you interact with people ! Subbed !

29:05 In Hinduism : The number 9 is revered in Hinduism and considered a complete, perfected and divine number because it represents the end of a cycle in the decimal system, which originated from the Indian subcontinent as early as 3000 BC. In Buddhism : Gautama Buddha was believed to have nine virtues, which he was (1) Accomplished, (2) Perfectly Enlightened, (3) Endowed with knowledge and Conduct or Practice, (4) Well-gone or Well-spoken, (5) the Knower of worlds, (6) the Guide Unsurpassed of men to be tamed, (7) the Teacher of gods and men, (8) Enlightened, and (9) Blessed. Important Buddhist rituals usually involve nine monks.
All right very beautiful thank you so much acon souc tai acon acon😂😅

Bayon Temple is the temple that has the 3 Dinosaur hieroglyphics, its a stegosaurus, T-Rex and a Sauropod. YOu should of had him show you those. No one knows why they carved them into the temple. Also you should still check out West Baray, its somewhere Tourists don't go really and super chill. Also you are near the temple of Shiva which is kinda weird too.

I wish I could believe the commonly accepted “story” of who built these temples and when. I’m not convinced. The evidence is extremely weak. But evidence for much more ancient origins. And while you find a couple Buddhist carving and statues, 99% of the structures and stories told in bas relief carvings are Hindu or Brahman. Using common sense one being honest cannot explain how it was built in only a few decades less than 1000 years ago. Machine cut precision, polygonal blocks used ( EVERY stone is unique!!!), extremely large amounts of earth excavated to create the water features “moats”. Mathematically it does not add up. If Khmers built it, the genius embodied here implies that they would rule the planet and have already traveled to the planets.

I agree, khmer ancestors were space/time travelers long ago... prajnaparamita
