What I find even more amazing: 1. To find the perfect location where the ground that the temple is built on is solid enough and able to support the tremendous weight of the structure without sinking. 2. The years it took just to mentally visualise and then to design the structures on paper by the top architects. 3. To find enough qualified people able to read the blueprints and instruct the workers( that never built such a structure before) what and how to assemble pieces arriving on site. 4. The logistics of not only housing but also feeding the masses on such a grand scale. Where did all the food come from? 5. If slaves were used to carry out the heavy lifting then you would also need an army of soldiers stationed not only at the quarry but all along the 50 mile long road and on the job site itself to prevent escapes. 6. People both skilled and unskilled continuously died and had to be replaced. From where? 7. With all the people on the sites garbage would have piled up. Has evidence been found? There are so many more questions but there are too many to be listed

I've been pondering those same questions about pretty much ALL of ancient sites around the world. The amount of engineering and ingenuity it took to erect these sites is astronomical. its mind blowing. And for mainstream archeologists to discredit and insult the people who constructed them is sickening
@leetsausage3 жыл бұрын
For point 1 they actually did something even more impressive than that. The ground there cannot support the weight of the temple. It would have sunk and collapsed by now if not for the moat. The weight of the water pressing down in the moat creates an upward pressure on the island which allows the ground to support the weight of the temple.

I was in Angkor Wat a few weeks ago. As an engineer and fan of the idea of ancient lost technologies there is so much to see here. One more thing to add to this video is the randomly shaped stones which still seamlessly fit in the foundation of the structure. I asked my guide about it and he wasn't to sure about how. He said the elders told him that the builders put the stones in place with bamboo sticks they put in holes on top of the stones, which are visable, but not on every stone. Also my guide told me that Angkor Wat is build on a hill of dirt. First they put a baselayer of vulcanic rocks on the hill (these are visible in the complex where stones are missing, they look like the stones of the stupa in the video), after that they put on the shaped limestone. They build the temple from the top down basically. This is ofc still very impressive and is worth a lot of engineering questions. On the quarrying my guide mentioned that they moved the stones with bamboo rafts, but not on top, but on the bottom. The stone would be underneath the water. Great video, great place. Visit it if u are able to!

I was there yesterday and as been in the construction industry I couldn't help but notice that everything looked like it was plastered and then carvings etched into it. Although there are some hindu influences, the Khmer architecture and culture are very unique in their own styles within these region. All these temples had Khmer letters and symbols inscribed on them, hence you can see similar alphabet still in use today by the Cambodian people.

It's not just hinduism. The pyramids in egypt and south america, stonehenge in europe, there are countless structures like these which required hundreds of years and thousands of people working together to be built, the only mysterious secret about these places is the fact that they were built in peace and without slaves, if you look at these sophisticated buildings from this angle you realize they tell a story of thousands of years of peace and of human greatness. Today the story goes humans are irresponsible and the pyramids were built by slaves, that's what they want us to believe and why they keep the stories about the amazing history of mankind secret. They already looted all of the secret chambers of the pyramids and temples all around the world, so they know the story, this means the logical reason behind their lies is the fact that they profit from conflicts and wars, they don't want us to know we're all good people and supposed to work with each other. I think the people who built the pyramids were respected in society as master builders, the geometric principles and shapes ancient people used tell you about a great amount of education and dedication, they just claim it was slaves to make the concept of slavery and exploitation seem less inhuman. They don't like to tell the story of stonehenge correctly either, because it's the story of at least a million people living together and according to archeology stonehenge was built in the stone age, this means that our image of primitive, wild and savage humans is wrong and even in the stone age millions of people were able to live together in peace, work together to build something that would remain for hundreds of thousands of years. Maybe there are more secrets to these places, but in my opinion the simple history of these places is what they are trying to hide, I think if your history books told you that humans have been working together in peace for millions of years then you wouldn't be completely unable to imagine that some form of communism would work, you might question if there are better options for mankind than capitalism, there are a lot of interesting concepts of new forms of communities and governments.

Only licenced Cambodian tour guides are officially allowed to be your guides inside the complex at least these days, but there is little they can do if you go with a local "friend", who is of course doing it purely from the kindness of their heart. And guards monitoring the situation might not be so sharp-eyed if they get a small donation towards the education of their children. Of course it is perfectly feasible that the ex-monk has got the training to become an official guide; I guess many of the locals have learned Angkor's history from booklets and guides telling the stories to tourists.

The reality is you have ancestors so talented in stoneworks that much like egyptians, imbeciles with no understanding of stonemasonry simply cannot fathom how it was possible. I’ve spent 7 days in the temple complex. Amazing, breathtaking, rich in history and culture, and full of engineering marvels. I could have spent 7 days just photographing the reliefs on the walls of one of the temples. And the Khmer people are the nicest people I’ve met in the world. The sandstone is a facade - what you don’t see is the rock behind it, which is among some of the strongest in the world. The secrets lies in the foundations of the structure - think light, incredibly strong, and unconventional. Siam/Khmer was a vast and highly educated culture and, to this day, remains a centurion if not millennium culture. Vast knowledge was lost during Khmer Rouge, thanks to Communism. Aknkor, and the Khmer people, are older than 900 years. To see the light of the Khmer people, one must alter their habitual paradigm(s) to see the truth. The technology isn’t impossible, the lens by which we make a determination is.

If you look at the major sites around the world, I do not believe that humans built them. Maybe humans helped with the manpower, but the megalithic sites and others like the constructed islands made of columnar basalt just cannot be done by humans. I would like to know what records actually exist in the British archives from when they had colonies set up (other countries too, as well as the Vatican), but I suppose these are locked away in a hidden archive, or destroyed now. Meticulous records where taken 200+yrs ago, especially when companies like East India Trading Company were moving around the world to see where they could loot next, sorry I mean "trade". Even before this time, the last recorded 2000+ years has been written by mostly Christian scholars (at least that's what comes to the surface) which in my opinion paints a particular narrative, we are made to believe that nothing other than the coming of Christ saved the world. I suppose the world was an uncivilised place prior to this, and only the Christian faith has brought order? The history we are taught is the narrative from the people who wanted to rule the world, and have done so successfully in recent times. There is a greater order out there, this is for sure, especially after seeing the grand scale of this temple complex... It is embarrassing for our current generations to not even understand the complexity and building methods that were used all those years ago... I haven't seen such ancient structures in Britain. Those that are listed as the oldest buildings date within the history of the Bible. Then you have Stonehenge... Not making direct comparisons, but these are some massive stones, not nearly as artfully arranged as anything from around the world in the same time period. I do however believe some significance behind Stonehenge, but not what we are taught. People escape from the facts. I am just pointing out opinions I have formed, they are more questions to be fair. I am not saying any faith has claim or is greater. Having access to more knowledge and information would be amazing. However I know we will never know the real truths, as this will be buried deep underground and never see the light of day, as the reality is the truth will undermine humanities entire history. I would love to have a chat with you over coffee Praveen, give me a shout if you're in London ever.

I have visited Ellora Caves, Kailash temple in Aurangabad. I am 100% sure that it is not a work by ordinary humans. There was prominent machine marks all over. Some kind of laser cuts and especially the underground areas which were around 40 feet below. There is something absolutely different what mainstream science talks today. I believe this current science is a subset of much bigger and complex science which is beyond our understanding. Just like fishes cannot comprehend life in space we too have limitations to what we can understand or apply logic. These structures defies current human logics and mathematics. All I can say that we might be just scratching the surface or not even close. Because government put too many restrictions.

Thanks bro.. We Hindues love world because it is in our blood.same like christianity. But how can we tolerate invaders and those bodies who try to hide our true ancient glory. I guess you are late to arrive at the conclusion, but it's good that you finally arrived there. Hinduism was labelled as a religion just for the lack of understanding and lack of words. Every thing in Hinduism has a science behind it, masked by tales and folklore for the common man to practice it. And if you think about philosophy, just look at the Nataraja symbol. There have been so many from the "modern" world who are simply stumped by the profoundness of knowledge and philosophy that it depicts. It's all good but the only sorry thing is that some brain-dead "intellectuals" is incapable of understanding this and is busy berating it. Equally, there are some fanatics on the side of Hinduism who too don't have any idea about the depth and profoundness of their culture and is busy looking at Abrahamic ways to defend it. They both are doing huge disservice to a culture which is still mesmerising us each day.

This temple maybe at least 5000 years old, as usual western historians back date anything and everything which is Indian. I've seen a lot of 1000 year old temples here in South India, and in no way, is Angkor Wat 900 years old. I wouldn't be surprised if they finally prove it to be 9,000 years old. Thank you for the video, Praveen 🙏

Brilliant video! I have been to Angkor Wat myself and it is obvious that the work took centuries from beginning to end. It seems to me that some radical change occurred between the original occupants and the last residents of the city-temple. Religious wise, I guess the area may have been used by other people not of hindu origin, but that is only my personal guess, just like the way the stones were moved in. What cannot be argued, though, is the fact that it is a magnificent structure and I am glad it is still there. I heard the towers were once covered by gold and sometimes wonder at how it must have looked then... Great job! I'm glad I got to see this today!

The steps are so close with minimum width it is very difficult to climb but I did climb. It was thrilling to climb and wondered how the kings and queens could have done so.

Yes 3d printed is a good idea. Maybe even made in another dimension and phased into existence here? The star forts are another piece of this ancient puzzle. Everything has to be looked at in 3 dimensions. Plus from above, in order to even begin to understand it. I think it's telling places like teotihuacan look just like a circuit board. When viewed from above. 🤔
