Yams, which is locally called "uvi" here in Batanes have different taste, hahaha, sometimes there are those sweet (but not the sweet that you might thinking, basta manamisnamis, hahaha) and sometimes meron yung plain lang yung taste, hahaha, which maybe yung nakain niyo, 😅 I grown up eating that yam mix with powdered milk and sugar, and it is the best, hahaha
