Consciously Connected Breathing will help you gain control over your body and mind, help you to influence your nervous system, and even enhance your immune system. As you practice, you may notice that your mind and body pass through challenging and difficult thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. This is expected, common, and completely normal. The invitation is to remain in stillness and silence as you observe these inner experiences arising without reacting to them in any way. Simply practice being present. Body awareness practices aren’t always about feeling better, but rather getting better at feeling.
