You are out of touch. The Japanese have been doing really well at the Breeders Cup recently. They also almost stole the Kentucky Derby this season with their unbeaten horse Forever Young who only lost that event because of interference. Lost out by nose. Forever Young who finished ahead of the US top 3 year old this season Fierceness in the Kentucky Derby will be returning to participate in the Breeders Cup Classic. Also coming in from Japan is the runner up in the Breeders Cup Classic last season and a former Dubai World Cup Champion Derma Sotogake. This may turn out to be the most anticipated Breeders Cup ever. Champions have declared for the meet from all over the World. Epsom Derby winner from England City of Troy who goes in the Classic instead of the Turf event and a couple champions out of South America from Argentina & Chile both of whom won their prep races in the US this past weekend. Its looking like a very competitive and exciting renewal of the Breeders Cup.

U guys below got to be nice. Somethings u say r true and some not. Japanese have not done so well but I would say that Japanese trainer of 4everyoung has done well. He won 2 b.c.races one paid 100dollars. And I had both of them. Then almost won k.d. with horse he told us he hates not dislikes kickback Honest to us. He got rubbed but he has 2 run 10 points better from k.d. and still hates kickback that means not only does he have to run 110 but better cause he has to go wide cause of kickback. City of troy might be a monster but remember obrian loved his medelsen and no where. Will c.o.t take to dirt. Of the 3 Japanese horses the one least to be bet is derma sotogake. He's 4 now. His u.a.e.derby time was faster than ushba Tesoro later that day and ushba was an older horse. Derma u.a.e derby faster than medelsen uae.and 4everyoung u.a.e. jock on him didn't send in k.d.cause yr b4 in k.d.the 2 Japanese horses set fastest k.d. pace in years and that's not even when we had 6 furloughs horses in k.d. no more. I'm not saying this as a stuck on fan of his cause I didn't bet him in k.d. then off 6 n half month layoff with no preps gets 2nd in classic against older horse white abbario who's older horse and just won Whitney against older horses on one of the fastest Whitney's ever. And he was 3. Now 4 had prep now played 2nd finished 5th ushba closed 2 be 2nd like he's supposed to. Closers like ushba and sierra leone up against it all our preps and big races won close or up on lead. Check that all of them .even over seas. Last prep with ushba and derma won w2w. That horse not coming cause was just prep 4 other two. Remember laurel river won by 20 against ushba and senor buscator. Giving credit between fierceness and sierra leone u must take s.l.this time .cause fierceness 67 n 111 buyers at distance. Fierceness had 110 going into k.d. sierra leone had 99. We no how that came out. Now sierra leone has 109 and fierceness 111. U can never be mad at a horse or trainer say like gunrunner if u bet him and came 2nd cause he never went backwards on fast track always got better. So if u lost a bet how can u be mad if he ran better than when u placed the bet. That's sierra leone this year. Can anyone run better then 110 cause he's going to get better but closers up against it based on all races this year. Fierceness good race bad race. 4everyoung got rubbed but got to get better. Great trainer remember he had continuar.in k.d.a big long shot and sracthed him cause he got post 20. Great Japanese trainer. What USA trainer would scratch once in k.d. but 4everyoung doesn't have those numbers yet. C.o.t has to prove it on dirt. The least played Japanese horse will be derma Great numbers at 3 against older. Proven on dirt unlike some others but key is he's now 4. Is last prep he played 2nd so he's ready to go back to old style I see thus race kinda like the k.d. mystic dan.but much faster lay close up front make quick move on leaders and hold off one of the closers. 4me it's dermas time. All I wanted 2c was derma showing his original speed in last prep. Was laying 2nd 2 the speed who won he finished 5th. Ushba closed 2 run 2nd. More people will be playing the other japan horses. Ushba and 4everyoung. Ushba big closer 4ever ran great in k.d but has 2 get 10 points better. If if if. Derma was running numbers as a 3yr old that were great. Now he's 4. B4 k.d his time much faster than ushba who ran same day different race. And he was a older horse. Jock on derma in k.d. didn't go in k.d. cause the yr b4 he went suicidal pace on other japan horse in k.d. yr b4. Remember derma off his k.d. 6month layoff with no preps ran 2nd to white abbario in b.c.classic. white abbario was coming off a win in the Whitney older horses in one of the fastest Whitney's ever. He did that off 6month layoff no preps Now he's 4. Watch out.

The moat feared horses in breeders cup this Delmar year 2024 could be Dornoch and Forever Young.They both got rating gears and Dornoch is going to love the track condition.The Irish monster City of Troy is very good and will be facing pace pressure on this unforgiving track.

City of troy could be great but his if is will he take to dirt. 4everyoung a 3 yr old got robbed in k.d. but his if is will he get better numbers wise and he don't like kickback as the trainer has said. Unfortunately dornoch is out going to retire he was underestimated all along. Hats off to his connections. Gd luck to all

@CarlCarlson-k5p I guess this scratch is going to make it much easier for City of Troy to dictate the pace which should be a battle finish by Forever Young and including a flying Usba Tesoro.

I quess I can't change yr mind which I or u should never do. Dornoch not going has nothing helping city of troy. He cant be in lead against u.s.a. speed. He might be well positioned and who knows how good he is. But that's a if. 4everyoung if is will he get better. Trainer has already said b4 k.d he don't like kickback and b4 k.d. said he might not come. Great race in k.d. but had 2run wide to avoid the kickback in k.d. costing him the race along with the bumping. No one can change my mind derma is not better than ushba Tesoro. But that my opinion.

Very Competitive race, If Sierra gets a faster pace, he could come running late.
