My daily routine varies depending on what activity I've got planned for that day :-) but as long as I get a handful of these activities done, I'm all good
I haven't done any pullups for awhile because every time I put the bar up , someone will shut the door and it will fall in thier head, I don't do any arm weights or strenuous activity on climbing days!
As long as I can get a handful of the leg stretches/shaking done it sets me up for the day plus my lemon water in the morning :-)
