Breezeway Blend Cocktail Contest - Round 3

Mix along with us as we find the best cocktail of the three:
DESERT GALES
60ml (2oz) Hamilton Breezeway Blend
15ml (1/2 oz) Priqly Prickley Pear Liquor
30ml (1 oz) Pineappple Juice
30ml (1 oz) Lime Juice
15ml (1/2 oz) Falernum Syrup
7.5ml (1/4 oz) Simple Syrup
Shake in tin with ice
Garnish with pineapple spear & dehydrated lime

THE BREEZEWAY TORCH
1.5 oz Hamilton Breezeway Blend
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1/2 oz Falernum
1/4 oz Macadamia Nut Liqueur
1/2 oz Hamilton 151
Shake with ice
Open pour into tiki mug, Garnish with lime boat and mint leaves
Soak sugar cube in lemon extract and place on top of lime boat
Light on fire
Top with cinnamon

BREEZEWAY KULA
1 3/4 oz Hamilton Breezeway Blend
1/2 oz lime
3/4 oz white grapefruit
1/4 oz honey mix
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
3 oz nugget ice
Assemble ingredients in a spindle blender, ice last.
Blend for five seconds and pour into an old fashioned or Mai tai glass. Top with more nugget ice. Garnish with a spear of cherries and mint sprig.
