Slight tip if you want to min max the tailoring, you can buy the thread in your faction capital city for 4g, instead of 5g, if you have maxed rep with that city. Same goes for the flux with blacksmithing.

The cloth cape shuffle is no longer plausible unless the Cloth becomes dirt cheap, since they just updated the recipe to cost FOUR threads, so that's 16-20 gold (depending on your reputation) just for the threads, reducing the profit margins substantially. Edit; They also upped the price of the threads, so shuffling with tailoring is now just not going to be viable.

I've always liked shuffles like this as I find that most times my items don't sell well on the AH.

The only way I've ever gotten stuff to sell on the AH is doing something else and tabbing back in to check if I got undercut every few minutes. Just undercut the undercutters until everything sells. Similar level of AFK to this.

Confirmed tailor cape nerfed. Cape sells for 36g the threads are 9g each you need 4 plus cloth so just buying the thread from vendor costs you 36g.

Yeah, they raised the price of the Thread to 9g, and made it 4 thread instead of 1, so there is literally 0 profit to be made, learned this the hard way lol

you better get on this now while you can, the 2x4 farms are being nerfed, there is only 1 good spot left, this means the amount of cloth will fall and the price will go up, making this not worth it. on my server, Shrouded cloth goes for 7,43 gold at the moment and you need 4 pr. cape, + 4 gold pr. penumbra thread, assuming you are exalted with your capitol faction, meaning a cape costs 33,72 gold to make and it vendors for 36,90 so that is 3,18 gold profit, but it might be worth doing if you can make 1000's of capes. otherwise, there are better things to be doing with your time. and soon I imagine, the cloth goes above 8 gold, meaning this will cost you money. Update: shrouded cloth now at 11 gold on my server, meaning the cloth shuffle is officially dead on my server

The Crossbow shuffle for leatherworking is quite bad considering how little Twilight Bark is available at vendors Wasted alot of gold buying alot of leather and bones, cause it was cheaper than the vendor price for the bow, but i got like 15 Twilight Bark :/

Blizzard increased the amount of Penumbra Thread required to 3 vs 1 and they almost doubled the price from the vendor too!!! Killed my action instantly :-( They made this change literally as I was getting ready to do another 300 items
