Agreed! Very helpful video for someone like me. I'm new to healing and my PC is old. I built it myself. I used mid tier hardware (i5-2500k and r9 290 GPU) instead of saving money just a little bit longer to afford better hardware. Even then, my PC would be starting to become obsolete.

Been worried diving into healing and this video just told everything I've been trying to learn through other guides. You just had great points from start to finish I understood everything. Make more videos. A lot of players could use this first if they're anxious or even confused about how healing works.

I used to do mouseover healing when I first started on my resto shaman, then someone introduced me to Healium. Made my life easier, no worries about in the heat of combat hitting the wrong button, just click the icon next to the player you want to heal or dispel and voila, its done. No macros needed and I don't have to worry my fingers are hitting the wrong button by mistake. Or worse yet, mouseover missing target because of sudden movement.

I find using the raid frames way more comfortable than any addon aswell. I was using HealBot for a time and I did like it, but once I realized that you can use the raid frames as a default, it just seemed really unnecessary.

tbh u can do vids of whatever you want and i would listen every second, its something about your voice? or your tone? or your accent? i dont know but i find it really entangling . Im not an expert by any means but ... have you tried radio?

Commenting for the algorithm. Great guide for beginners! ..... But is it guaranteed to provide an additional 50k gold per hour??? 🤪🤪🤪 Only additional tip would be to use the addon Clique vs. mouseover macros. They both do the same thing, but Clique doesn't require the creation of macros, t keybinds the mouseover affect in the background. Additionally, it can be easily used with gaming mice, etc, so you never have to remember of you assigned ctrl+shift+o or alt+ctrl+g to your mouse button 5. Keep up the good work!

I can't get this to work when I mouse over unit frames, it only works when I mouse over 3D targets. How can I fix this?

Are you using mouse buttons? Apparently there are issues that can arise that (trying to solve for it right now)

Breg, I love your videos mate, but you really should take on VuhDo. It is not hard at all to learn (compared to TSM which most of your viewers probably already use) and is extremely helpful for casual healing (or off healing even). It would give you a nice bit of extra content to explore and would be greatly appreciated by the community I suspect. The WoW community could use a simple 10 minute vid from you on setting it up and using it. Just an opinion.

Thanks for the addon recommendation! I'm going to set it up now. I found some other videos out there that explain how to set it up and use it. I wonder if Breg is a WoW purist. Maybe Breg takes pride in the fact that he is not using addons to heal raids. I don't know anything. Just an idea that sprung out of my mushy, drug-addled brain.
