The Irish were not limited to the isle of Ireland. There is a cave close to the border of Colorado and Oklahoma, close to the Arkansas River where there is Ogham writing. The writing can only be read during the vernal and autumnal equinox. This manifests an obvious understanding of astronomy. The evidence suggests that there was considerable contact between the Native Americans and Irish Celts.

It's nice to hear someone else question the teaching of our ancient ones being simple hunter gatherers, without wisdom. I believe there is a lot that has been oppressed by the religion of our time out of fear. The Ancients had greater wisdom and knowledge of the ways of things.

The Narrator is exceptional . I recognise his voice from other historical lectures. His knowledge and communication skills are top of the class. You can feel and live the honesty of his delivery - if that makes any sense. As he says near the end, it’s not about believing , and Pride in the history and culture - it’s more about feeling and being Protective of such history and Culture, until such time as more can be unearthed and understanding increased. Truly great narration and depiction. Go raibh míle maith agát.

Galway in Ireland, Galicia in Spain, Portu-gal, France was Gaul, Galatia in Turkey, Gal-ilee in Palestine and so on. They all have bagpipes like Scotland and Ireland. Danube river is also called Duna, Danu, and the Duoro river in Portugal. Homer says that the Dorians and Danaans were the ones who seized Troy. In one Irish story about the sons of Tuerran they describe going to Greece, Egypt and other places for a debt they owe.

Irish Christianity , Our Beginning’s Whom where the (R E ONs) Aryans The beginning of Christianity was high jacked, then refined into a world class psych operation perpetrated on the World, for domination and financial gains. The truth is in the pages of this book, are you prepared to discover Your Truths. The true origins of religion examples at ( Iesus or Jesus, starts) at 2:00 hour, ( Cesar, Hercules, Plato and other people from history made up) at 3:45 hour, the ( The Hebrew language discussion about Jewish people not being the originators of Hebrew) starts at 4:16 hour ( all spots should be listened to for 30 minutes listening time), at the 6:00 hour ( Sphinx , Pyramids and discussion) then start from beginning. Prepare to amazed and learn. This book does talk about Religion, but it mostly tells how the Irish People's brought religion to all in the world, it tells about how the Irish people's brought Mathematics, Alphabet, Sciences, Art. It talks about the Irish people building the pyramids, megalithic structures around the world and being the best nautical sailers in history. It alludes to the Irish People being those of Atlantis. Here is something you might want to look into, Gaelic language is the root words in the entire Bible, Hinduism and Sanskrit seems a bit strange to have Gaelic as the main foundation words in a documents written by the jewish and ancient Indian Peoples? They were also called Venetians and Hittite's. Why did the Roman Church and Church of England destroy the Irish people historically in history if they were not bent on hiding something? One other thing, it tells that Hebrew was the language spoken in the early Irish CHURCHES by the clergy as a form of communications. So there is something to say about all of that, Take care and the best to you. @@margaretnesbeth593 I remember these too. They don't start to teach history in Ireland until 3rd class, so 7 or 8 years of age. And the first book they give us is a book of Irish legends. I remember learning about these in school thinking they were true stories - too young to know any different. I would come home from school and sit my younger brother and cousin down and tell them about the Salmon of Knowledge like it was a real thing we could probably find if we looked for it. I think the schools could have done way more, but I'm glad that my introduction to history was a magical one.

Dude, you’re going to have to let go of the Noah connections, they were probably added by christian scholars for the same reason as they stole the goddess Bridget, to make christianity part of our history. If you want to believe the children of Lir were released by St Patrick then please keep the fairy tale going, but I think you’re more intelligent than that and its time we started to separate religion from our history, our religion can’t have had anything to do with our history until after the year 32 and that is that.

Chinese commie government does not want to touch it, says that they don't "have the means for it yet". OF course they are hiding Tocharians and similar history. Most ancient Chinese kings were white and European looking, this is in their own annals, this is what the CCP does not want to be known.

My family on both sides has amazing stories of our lineage. Descendent royalty on both sides, rn222 halpogrouo. It’s so interesting. My dna has given me three results on three different sites. One says half Irish, Iberian, Balkan, basque- the other says half Scandinavian 20% Irish and the same small percentages of!l the rest, and the others says Uk half. One side traced our lineage to Munster Ireland. I know I’m majority Irish. I’m in America but I wish to visit so badly. So many STRANGE things down the line on my mother side in the form of premonitions and auras I didn’t know what a banshee was until I dreamt of a beautiful woman in a tavern from long ago and then watched her transform into an old woman shrieking, exactly three days before a death. I feel this calling to go there... I know whatever strange gifts these are, they’re from there. I’m 26 and hope to be there by summer. So interesting, I hope to delve into the mysticism of it. For someone as logical as myself it interests me genuinely simply because I never believed in things of this nature, until I experienced them. Can’t shrug that off. Awesome video. :)

Irelands history seems to be suppressed just like east European ancient history. Poland is one of the most historically suppressed countries in Europe along with Ireland. So sad we are thought at main stream schooling that we were literally hunging off trees before christianity "saved" us the barbarians.. and thought us how to govern since our direct democracies were working too well for them to comprehend and were against any hierarchy.. glad to see the Dreamers weaking up slowly but surely.

Ryan Fuller Pope VI made a deal with Queen Elisabeth that if he "gave" her Ireland, she agreed to keep its history suppressed. Also, The White house in Washington DC is modeled after one of the oldest archaeology sites on Ireland today. Ireland's language and writings are older than Sumerian and, it's has sites older than Egypt. Makes you wonder- and then, St. Patrick arrived, made these uncongerable people trade their sword for a bible. They were soon invaded. The stone and sword of destiny belong to Ireland- now, the Crown has them.

As a Carroll over in Scotland, near Glasgow, good to hear the Carroll name in this. Both my paternal and maternal lineage derive from Ireland...Donegal, Belfast we know of, not sure where our Carroll's came from. Always thought we were Milesian lineage, but you mention a Carroll before they came over from Iberia ? Very interesting and excellent research ! :-)

Truth is stranger than fiction. I do not take a word such as a myth to mean fantasy or untrue. For me, it simply means that it happened so long ago that the veil is much more thicker. People in general from ancient antiquity talk about what they know or have experianced. Enough people having the same experiance and it becomes the norm. I think the story is both true in its historic form and its fantastical story. Why could it not be in a mystical island such as Ireland that it can't be? There is more in the unseen that is in the seen world. In short, I think it is fantastic that the Irish experianced it to tell about it. That experiance makes both the Irish and Ireland unique.

We are Basque, Celtic and Scandinavian, and my lineage can be traced straight to the Tuath dé Danaan., We are simply descendants of one of the most ancient antediluvian civilization, likely out of Atlantis!! NOT descended from the tribe of Dan, but instead we are of The tribe of the GODDESS DANU, as are all RH Negatives!!!

I have listened to this now 3 times, since its original upload. (In this time I have studied and researched subjects of Ancient History that include both the era and several of the points in subjects describe here.) This listen inspired me to rel8sten again and make note of the areas that I have discovered either alternative potentials and/or further defining of the subject points. I plan to do this and share the information here, and it struck me that others with Academic and/or a Passion of Interest may also do the same, thus Collectively there could very well emerge a greater clarification if the History, and potentially greater validations in particular areas within the History. In doung so, I will be applying, as I was strongly instructed during my studies at University, the application of the "Standards of Science and Research", which in summary includes: "Exercising a habit of being"Conscious in Thought" + "Applying Higher Mind", aka Mature Mind, (where Ethics and Wisdom reside ), free of the ("Lower Mind, aka Ego Mind, aka Adolescent Mind", where negative thought energies can influence personal preferences un the outcome.) The Standards direct the Academic, Researcher, to: "With Mind fully Open, free of any predetermined Beliefs, Theories, Opinions, apply all valid and factual data, and allowing the Research Methodologies, (Statistical Applications of Math and/or Software Program), to extract the greater facts" These are points used by Researchers, when preparing Research for "Peer Review" Imagine the potentials of Exploration and Discoveries when individuals work in tandum on a common interest. Higher Mind is key to our desirable outcomes and experiences. Beth Bartlett Sociologist/Behavioralist and Historian Tennessee, USA (Irish American of County Kerry and County Cork lineage)

The reason, I think, for waiting for the battle, was for both sides to prepare for conflict, I don't believe it was to be fair. Tuatha de Danaan had just arrived and whatever their technology, they had no fortifications. As for the inspection of arms, might it more have to do with intimidation? If there was so much care for fairness, why did Sreng refuse to tie his arm when battling Nuada? Just to add, nicely done video!

Thank you! I am still getting ancient history mixed up. Especially since they ignored it in public school and hid it in church. I finally learned why Scottish say they are descended from Nefertiti. I used to think my Grandparents were crazy telling me that. And I recently learned about the milesians. From a bigger picture, Europeans are way more mixed racially than I imagined.

Instead of taking the associated concept of the words like magic. Take the literal meaning of magic which means one who alters perception. Or manipulator of perception. Or sorcerer instead of magical wizard. It means one who summons energy. Or summoner of energy. Etymology is the key to figuring these things out

I've just found this and your other videos from researching my family name and wondered if a certain link has come up from somewhere else. The name Mac Giolla Phádraig which my surname Fitzpatrick is the modern day version off, are said to be the hereditary ruling family of Osraige and apparently there are genealogies linking back to Óengus Osrithe who in other stories was named King of the deer people because of something he done for them, legends says he broke a curse. Was Fionn mac Cumhaill's wife not also a "deer people" the people the place gets its name from?

I hope to go to Ireland but till then learning its history is fascinating. Learning about Celtic history seems to fill in huge gaps in what we were taught in school.

Thanks for this video and I love hearing about all these myths. I'm sure that there is some truth in some of the stories, but they will have been embellished over the years, decades, and centuries so you can't take that much from it. Kings and lords often invent their lineage to justify their rule over their lands so some of these stories will just be made up. Ireland has a great history and as an Englishman with a lot of Irish ancestry I find it very interesting. I'm proud to have Irish blood in me, and love learning about all these stories and origin myths, as well as the stories of kings of old, giants, and much more. Ireland has a great history of storytelling that has been lost in most of the test of the British Isles, probably as it was dangerous to those in power, harking back to times before their lineage came to power. You talk about there being links with the Basque Country, but Basques are a pre Celtic tribe. I'm sure there was mixing and trade between Ireland and that part of Spain, but in general the language and the people are very different. Ireland has much more of a link to Galicia in the northwest of Spain where there is Celtic history, just as with Brittany in France, Cornwall at the tip of the southwest of England, and parts of Wales and Scotland. There were Celtic tribes in parts of the Basque Country and they would have mixed with the native Basque population and carried their DNA in their lineage, which may have migrated to Ireland as the Celts were pushed further and further to the extreme west of Europe, and thus Ireland, but the Basque language and Celtic languages are not in the same language family. You also talk about these stories being all that there is, and you can only trust things that you can see with your own 5 senses, but I dispute this. What you do need is confirmation of what is written from different verifiable sources that aren't biased. The problem is that there wasn't written history from the time of these stories and as you correctly say even if there was at that time it has been destroyed by those who conquered the lands afterwards. The book that you are quoting from is old, yes, but that doesn't necessarily make it accurate. It is 300 years old, and I love books like this, but it is writing about times from thousands of years before. By all means teach this, but you have to do it with context. I think that the likelihood of the Irish being descended from Spanish or Egyptian royalty is just invented history to big up ruler's claims to the land over which they had just taken over. I love all these legends and thank you for highlighting them. As I said earlier I'm sure there is a grain of truth in some of them, but I think much of it, if not a majority of it, is elaboration and exaggeration as stories get added to and made up details added as stories get passed down through word of mouth from generation to generation.

I was thinking, that benbulbin mountain may have been a giant tree and original isles between the mainland mass of trees. Like mt Conner in Australia could have been a giant tree and the tabletop mountains in South America on the peninsula. table top Mountain South Africa could have been in tree. The Devil's Tower in Wyoming and on the coast of Scotland you can see the five sided rocks which would have been the cell structure of a tree fossilized when they burning down to the water level, maybe. Thank you for sharing your video. Volcano could be trees that reached liquid rock. Liquid from the pressure of water. Like Hawaii. Burning up the root and turning them into tubes. Burning out the wood root. And waterfalls up mt could be the veins of a said tree.

i'm interested in the idea of Mil and the Milesians and the basques, i am wondering however about the links between Galicia, it's capital A coruna was Brigantium in Roman times and the little bit of pre latin writing indicates a relationship with Goedelic celtic which Irish is also related. In addition, wasn't st brigid said to originate in northern portugal? Just wondering about that connection as she was Irish goddess transformed into a christian saint. Obviously the descrete regional boundaries of the modern day iberian peninsula were tribal boundaries during the time period that relates to the Milesians but just wondering? btw great job absolutely loving this.

I believe the Tuath de Danann were Phoenicians or Amazighs from Mauratania but were certainly related to the Skythians. Ancient word for tribe in Berber is "tuat". The Biblical Tribe of Dan. They were probably named after The Goddess. They also founded Danmark. But I also believe they were all originally Irish and/or Freyan colonies.
