Breitling B-1 Watch Review

I've had mine since 2007, and am really surprised to hear of all the problems people have had with it. I wear mine most days and it's been all over the world with me. It's been far more reliable and better at timekeeping than my Omega sea master which has had to have two major services since I purchased it in 2009 due to self winding problems or "freezing" stopped issues.

@gildeleonn The movement was made in house, using electronics sourced from EM-Microelectronic Marin SA. The mechanics use the same types of gears and pinions used in high-end mechanical watches, and the whole thing is built on a metal plate, not plastic.

I don't know what you all do wrong, I haven't had a single problem with this watch since I bought it, not a single issue unlicke my Vacheron constantin and Rolex, both had problems, same goes for the Hublot and Omega... This watch is more than reliable, if you have a lot of issues it's on your end, not on the watch.

Have one of this. Beautiful watch but have problem with the electronic functions. It cost quite a lot for the overhaul. It seems you need to do it every 4 to 6 years. Also the luminous spot on the bezel came off.

From what You have wrote here, You don't have clue how fake watches look, nor how much real watches costs. Until now I haven't seen a single faked Breitling B1 watch, or the one that even remotely resembles the look of the original one. As for the prices, Breitling B-1 doesn't cost 'hundreds of thousand of dollars', not even in luxury gold version. And finally, Breitling B-1 is not 'genuine exotic luxury watch' it is mechanical instrument for professionals.

I have the Chronometre B-1 for 4 years now. it is such bad quality that i suspect the replica is better. sorry, but it only look nice, not for people wear.

Rolex is lame and pedestrian and the obvious choice. In a way Breitling is as well, but they're not quite so ostentatiously obvious. Either way I'd prefer Breitling.

It's not a diver watch you moron ^^ B-1 Bomber - an aircraft, how often will someone in the air go dive 50m down. If you wan't a watch to survive more than that don't buy a pilot's watch, go for a Submariner or deepsea
