Breitling's hidden clasp trick revealed!

Breitling clasps are very difficult to open but not if you know the trick revealed in this video. I'll show you on the Breathing Superocean 42mm but it works on all Breitling watches with bracelet and clam shell clasp.

I just lift the locking buckle and then grip the sides of the buckle and open.

That’s what I do. Works well without ruining your nails…saying that, I cannot open the safety with my nail. Had a nail break before so just use a credit card corner. Not ideal really. This is on a SO Heritage 2 model.

I got a flyback Breitling chronometer this year, my first Breitling. But my buy of 2023 was a black ceramic Bell & Ross BR03. I find myself wearing that all the time. It's my sportiest watch.

I’ve been opening my Breitling front the bottom part of the clasp for years YEARS, ever since i chipped my nail trying to open the damn thing never again open it from the front specially when it comes back from service and friction is tighter

Breitling makes the worst clasps in the industry. The friction lock wears out and the only way to fix is to bend it or replace the clasp.
