After considering the perspective of the other party, I have concluded that Dr. Casir appears to be unprofessional and questionable in his conduct; his actions are bringing disrepute to the association, which has resulted in its suspension from both local and international organizations. If you choose to appeal a case, it is best to wait for the judgment before taking further action.

Dr. Cashmir was busy proving he was duly elected. I don't think that's the point. The slogan: "Obey before complaints" needs to be applied here. There's a pending court order which implies Dr. Uche be sworn-in immediately. Has that judgment been obeyed? No! How do we now blame the BOT on her stance to ensure the rule of law is followed?

From all this presented the BOT chairman is ONLY obeying court order. Dr. Casmir if you need to contend the suit, go to court but both parties should understand that Nigeria and any association is bound by laws and regulations. And should make the association progress most priority. The Chairman of BOT and its members, the elders and stakeholders I believe are not children and had gone through legal interpretations of the court order before implementation.

Very annoying ! Mumu ppl ! Dat's how I gave my friend money 2start biz, she went and used it 2do saraka. She lent som 2her nephew 2do wedding, and he never paid her back. She also lent som of d money 2her elder brother 2pay chiren sch fees. Den she gave her younger brother som money 2pay 4his wife's delivery, hospital bill. Dat was how she scattered & uselessed d capital I gave her ! A friend ! Someone I'm not related to ! We r not evn frm d same town, village or local govt. Yet out of my good heart I decided 2help her. Mind u, we were classmates in secondary sch. We'v bin friends since our secondary sch days. She refused 2 further her education and remained wt O' Level/WAEC. Meanwhile, I'm now a medical doctor. I gave her over 200k 2start bizness. She didn't evn ask or request. I just gave her on my own, wt suggestions, recommendations of d kind of bizness she shud do. My friend just scattered & wasted d money. Till 2day she's doing nothing. Always begging & xpecting me 2b giving her money, as if I pick money on d floor.

Why did the BOT suddenly changed her mind when the judgment was already taken over by event? I think from all indications, some elders and some members of the BOT including the BOT chairlady are intimidated by the present 15th AMLSN president period!!!

The man appears desperate. Since the matter is already in Court, he needs to step aside and wait for the judgement of the court. If the judgement favours him, he will be reinstated. Meanwhile, discrediting the BOT and its Chairman is quite unfair. The chairman is only carrying out the order of the court and she should be commended.
